Okay, searching all over does not show very many options for the 03+ Cavaliers.
Who's put their plates on the front bumper in a custom location? Sort of the way people custom mold rear plate mounts into tailgates or bumpers.
I've seen the motorized hide-a-ways, which may not be a bad idea, but I'm planning on having the RK Sport front lip so that will take care of that (at least until i see how the lip is with the bumper)

I'm even thinking of going as far as cutting out part of the bumper, part of the grill, or anything custom that looks flush and isnt just at the point of the front of the car..which we all know on the Cavaliers is like the pointiest (yes i said pointiest) bumper of almost all cars...it looksclean without a plate, but most of Texas is starting to crack down on the law, although San Antonio doesnt seem to 'quite yet' have a specific law requiring it on the actual bumper (just facing front of the vehicle, according to TXDPS).
