What size fuse do you use? Are they wired into the cars original headlight harness?

fuses are the standard ones and yesterday i pulled the wires out of the blue harness because i saw some peoples kits were wired wrong and i tried wiring them every way i could but either the low beams would work or the high beam would work they would not both work. and when the HID box touches the metal of the car it sparks and blows fuses and idk why if you could answer that ? it would be real helpful. Thanks!

Did you disable the DRL's?

The ballast probably needs to be isolated. Pretty sure you cooked them
