for now i say innocent.... you;re supposed to be innocent until proven guilty.... but in this country many already pass judgement without knowing jack crap.....

does he have issues? no doubt, but we all congregate on a forum where some members who have posted think its fun to tell others that they would prefer to jack off with their hand, rather than actually interact with the opposite sex, brag about multiple sessions per day, and above all, speak on how they rubbed one out in class in their pants, and then let it stay in there until they got home from school. thus proving many on this forum have issues that need to be dealt.

micheal has his, and with alot of the personal issues that have been aired on jbo in the forums over cheating, threesomes, messing with underage girls when you are near 24 years old and shes not even out of highschool......

yea....people here have just as many issues.

if this was anyone non famous, none would even know much less give a sh__ .... FACT

as it stands, the news ran a story last night on how registered sex offenders in NY can actually get VIAGRA via medicaid/medicare and other programs where the govt, tries and help people get perscriptions for free or less money.

that didnt make national news much, but micheal sure does.

my overall view, i think hes innocent until proven guilty. and i really dont care the outcome... its not gonna affect my life one bit, just as long as they dont cut off my afternoon cartoons to broadcast irrelevant crap to my own or anyone elses life...

EVENT: You know though, that once a verdict is rendered, you've lost that and at least one more afternoon's cartoons to Jackson verdict coverage.

if you think ppl on the org are up in a huff about this, wait until it happens then you'll see more journalists on that story than flies on sh!t.

true... i just hope the verdict is done between 5 and 9 or something.... interrupt some game shows and all.

good thing for digital cable though

its just funny, that once something is percieved as racial, its just blown way outta proportion.even in 2005, due to this case and similar status among the public...

i hear more about micheal and OJ,

-than i do the guy who killed jessica down in FL.
-way more than any schiavo follow up
-more than sex offenders recieving viagra via govt for free

and to top it off.... where in the blue and orange hell is osama bin laden.

that man can take responsibility for one if not THEE largest attack on america and he gets backseat on the news constantly to this mickey mouse brady bunch BS....

hell even if micheal did it, so what if he tickled a few balls.... no one asked the kids did they like it!

hell you dont even hear about r.kelly anymore, granted the alleged victim and aggressor were similar in skin tone.... so its not really an issue i dont guess...

the media is like a 24/7 AMC theater:

full of drama, bs, suspense and always whorin to get some ratings.

I really can't say if I think he's innocent or guilty... yes innocent until proven guilty... but as far as my opinions go...

1. Yes he's seriously messed up and needs help
2. Yeah he created "Neverland", and most of the kids are either seriously ill or poor that go there
3. Yes he's had a problem with this type of accusation before

But... it's also been proven that the family/mother whatever of the alleged victims family has been lawsuit happy. So what if this is just a ploy to get to his money??

But what if the kid seriously was molested?? He deserves justice for that if it did indeed happen.

So I can't say really. As someone said before it's hard to say when it comes to celebs... unless there's solid forensic evidence. People in general are money hungry and greedy... but if a celeb does something wrong they shoudl be punished just like every normal citizen... never happens... but it should.

1. Who knows, eccentricity does not a molester make. Imagine if everyone were the same in the US.. Take the inheirent lameness of a WASP society and increase it by a few thousand degrees.

2. I think it was created because he was pretty much robbed of any sort of normalcy in childhood.. he was with the Jackson five when he was 4-5 IIRC. Reclaiming what's lost isn't something I'd begrudge the guy.

3. Being accused of something doesn't mean intrinsically that he was guilty of the accusation. That's why it's only an accusation, if it's investigated it's an indictment, and if it's tried and he's found guilty it's a conviction. Not to point a finger, but a LOT of people like to make the irrational jump from accusations to convictions without the intermediate steps of a proper investigation and trial.

There will not be any true sense of justice because no-one (except the child) is innocent in this matter. Everyone is disinterested in justice, and just wants a favourable ruling. Justice would not have a Jury, a Judge, or Lawyers or what not because it would have been dispensed with. Why? You'd be living in full view of the telescreens, and the thought police would know all. (Read Orwell: 1984 if you don't get the inference, not directed at anyone).

I beg to differ. Carlin is right: A birth certificate is a proof of guilt in this country.

I meant in regards to this crime. No Child wants to be molested.

I wouldn't push that point any further.

Touché. Except for the 13-year old boy and his teacher that recently got married.
