That is the worst plan I have ever heard of.

Rob S wrote:>1..) "The US will apologize to the world for our

*smacks forehead*

Do you know what would have happened if we WOULDN'T have interfered with Hitler? The German war machine, at that time, was extremely powerful and well-funded. The British and their allies alone would stand no chance against Germany and Japan and would have eventually fallen. Without the aid of Britain and their allies, I doubt the U.S. could have campaigned in both Europe and the East and have won. Why in the hell would the U.S. apologize for literally saving the world? Retarded.

Rob S wrote:>2..) We will withdraw our troops from all over the

Yes, this sounds fantastic, let the world know we've had a sudden change of heart. South Korea can protect itself just fine against North Korea. The reason North Korea hasn't yet taken over South Korea is because of U.S. (and other nations) presence.. if they began killing U.S. troops, there would be a war which Kim Jong Il would be smart to avoid. I don't agree with the "war" in the Middle East, but withdrawing troops at this point would lead to a bloodbath and stability in the Iraqi infrastructure would not exist.

Rob S wrote:>3..) All illegal aliens have 90 days to get their

HAH! Do you think illegal aliens will just turn themselves in? "Oh, ok, ya got me, I'll go back home." Like hell they will, they tried this hard to get OVER here, why would they turn themselves in and go BACK? What are we doing, purging the country? Plus, why in the world would we send all the illegal aliens in the country back now? Keep new ones from coming in, sure, boost funding and staff to border patrol and airlines, but why deport the ones in the country from coming in? Because they're taking our health care and jobs? The reason they are doing that is because they are willing to work for a lot less at most jobs and not gripe about it at all. An American is the exact opposite, so just suck it up and enjoy the competition.

This is borderline racism and a totally retarded idea. Some high-handed, pompous, far right-wing bullcrap.

Rob S wrote:>5..) No foreign "students" over age 21. The

This is even worse than the previous one. So instead of doing some background check (there are people who's job this is) we just do it the American way and TOTALLY DENY ANYONE FROM A CERTAIN COUNTRY FROM COMING IN. Yes, let's strengthen our affairs with other countries but BANNING TRAVEL TO AMERICA. Oh, hell yeah, they'll still want to trade with us! There are currently 47 different countries that have terrorist cells in them, INCLUDING the United States. So, while we're at it, LET'S BAN ALL AIR TRAVEL IN THE UNITED STATES AS WELL! @!#$!

Rob S wrote:>6..) The US will make a strong effort to become

You can make a strong effort until you're blue in the face. Again, some far right-wing crap, let's drill in the Alaskan wildlife while we "hmm" our way to new energy sources. Moronic as all hell.

Rob S wrote:>7..) Offer Saudi Arabia and other oil producing

Do you know what the word utter pandemonium means? Stand-still of the United States economy? How the @!#$ are planes going to fly without gas? How do diesels get cargo across the country without gas? How do I get to work without gas? Oh, hah, forget about THOSE issues, we're just trying to stick it to those Middle Eastern bastards! Come on, Saudi Arabia will tell us to shove it up our ass and I guarantee you we will be the ones coming back on our knees begging, not them. I'm sure then can go somewhere else to sell their production, but where are we going to go to buy the rest of what we need? Didn't think about that, oops.

Oh, right, gotcha, since we have done the previous 7 things, let's make ourselves look like REAL @!#$s and not help out other countries during tsunamis/earthquakes/disease. Foreign diplomacy will be at it's best, that's a guarantee.

Rob S wrote:>9..) Ship the UN Headquarters to an isolated island

What in the hell are you talking about?

Rob S wrote:>10.) All Americans must go to charm and beauty

English is the predominant language, yes. I also speak Spanish, I learned it in school. Our country also speaks Chinese, French, German, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Italian, Korean, Russian, Polish. There are altogether about 336 languages used in the United States. Whoever wrote this should be shot in the mouth.

I seriously doubt Robin Williams wrote this, probably some 15 year-old political activist speaking his or her mind on a subjects they recently started looking at in social studies. All of these ideas are horrible.

It wasn't Robin Williams.

He'd never go on at length about things like world politics or the US's involvement in them.

Also, I think that in a lot of cases it was written by some hack trying to be Ironical. If you look at with or without inference to the ironical slant, it's still all over the place.

BTW, the part about english... I suspect that means that there are going to be about 200 million deportations?

The last part though.. that's a bit from Williams' Live Tour in 2003.

Robin Williams hands down is one of the funniest people alive today. Jim Carrey and him would make one heck of a funny movie together.

No, they'd make a horrid pair, both are natural over actors.

On stage or Improv, I'd pay to see that! (I've seen both on stage in one person acts (Carrey: An Unnatural Act, Williams: Live on Broadway most recently).

He was one of my faves too. If you get a chance pick up a copy of his last book, it's a great read.

No-one "stopped" Hitler... he Stopped himself if anyone would care to crack open a history book.

And Americans didn't do it alone in any theatre of war.
