BUT! America can't risk its image as the 'merciful' type. I guess if there's only the hanging option, I'd at least like to be the one who tied it so I could rig the noose so it wouldn't sever his brainstem immediately.

I say tie him up and coat him in a thick layer of varnish and leave only his eyes, ears, and nose exposed. The varnish would prevent body heat from escaping, and also the chemicals will seep into his body. If the toxins don't kill him, the extreme body heat will. It'd likely be enough to raise his blood pressure so high he would suffer massive hemorrhaging, very likely causing him to bleed from every available orifice.

Or we could bring him to the US, tie him up in a straight jacket, hang a sign from his neck with anti-everyone statements written in every common language, and turn him loose in the streets of New York. Have a sharpshooter handy jsut in case someone tried to help him escape.

Of course we could build a giant microwave, toss him in and watch the show...
