Yeah cell phone companies don't always make the best of phones, not great for construction workersbut Sanyo did make a handset that was pretty well of as far as being rugged the phone is not bad even though it's been discontinued, best thing to do is too make sure that you know how to talk to cust. service, I can tell you if you look in my profile you'll se where I work and I can tell you that I've seen many people work the cellular phone system and get new phones!
