301 turbo fun in the trans ams i took one to prom when u upgrade the turbo and are doin like100 kmph and mat it it goes like the freakin wind

For looks,

-SB anything with dual quads (or more carbs)

or wieand supercharge V8. You know that supercharger sticking through the hood is pure sex, even if it isn't the best way to make a lot of power.

1969 Chevy 302 SB.

I like an engine that revs to 8 grand from the factory.

They rated it at 290hp, by 1969 standards but handily put out close to 400.

302 cubic inches of high revving goodness!

I read in a chevy mag that between all the marine variants and whatnot there have been over 50 million small blocks produced by GM. I think that might include the 4.3 V6 as well since it is a small block minus 2 cylinders.
