A DUI/DWI, Refusal to provide sample or fail to remain at the scene of an accident conviction earns you a minimum 1 year driving license suspension, and at least $750 as a victim surcharge fine, and any other fines that are levied.

The Car Crusher is going to be used in place of a civil forfeiture. .

And j b o d y r i d a h (you like white-space, don't you? ), the easiest way to avoid this: DON'T STREET RACE! If you did something like destroying a police vehicle, you'd be liable for criminal penalties and you'd also get to pay for the damage you inflicted.

Oh.. One last thing:
