Refunds for unsuccessful GP's ran from an "approved" list member will receive a full $10 refund. An unsuccessful GP ran by a member not on the "approved" list will not receive a refund.

should that first unsuccessful be successful?
No...if the GP for an approved member is unsuccessful, they will get their money back.

If what you are saying \'should that first unsuccessful be successful?" Then they wouldn't be paying for advertising, which is kind of the concept of this forum...
No, there is no fee for the buyers, only for the person that is running the GP.

Redcavy - You would do a post like that in the appropriate forum. If you were asking about a hood for example, then you would start an interest thread in the exterior forum
Here's an idea for the GP forum......

With each GP that is paid for and posted, that business or member should be allowed 1 post in the respective forum, alerting everyone that a GP is running. Example, a Koni/Eibach GP would be allowed 1 post in the suspension forum, so that everyone would see and know that the GP is running.

The reason this should be allowed is because not everyone checks the GP forum, and this would let them know what's going on and what deals they can get.

I've had several people ask me about running an Autoloc GP, but I tell them I already ran one. The problem was, they never saw it.

Anyone else think this is a good idea???
orrr the business could advertise it on their own website and or pay for the advertising on jbo and other sites...just like any big company would, pay for their advertisments...
Hey... It was just an idea. Since the GP is already being paid for, I thought a post about it in the respectful forum would be nice. It would keep GPs from not going through in the long run.
Got a quick question...? Forgive me if it's dumb, just curious however.

Dave or whoever else runs the GP forums-

Would it be possible for whoever runs this forum to keep an eye on the interest posts made for the GP's and then only allow the person/company that made an interest post on a specific product to be allowed to run an actual GP for that product? Unless of course that person decided against the GP and states there not going to do it...or a time frame is set that nobody else can do a GP on the product until so many days after the interest post was initially started.

The reason I'm asking is bc I know of a couple of companies (there are probably more too) that have listed a interest post for a product and then while they were still waiting for response or the product to come in to get pics, or whatever....some other person/company has been able to post a GP post for that same product (probably seeing the interest post). I don't know...maybe it's just me, but that doesn't seem right. Is there anything that could possibly be done about this? Thanx for anything you could do!

Happy Holidays!!
Ok...^^ you obviously did not see my point, but I wasn't asking you anyways. You can't have two GP's of the same product running at the same time....
