I purchased this car in March 1994 as my transportation during the rest of college. I aquired a 3 yr old 33k miles car for $1k less than book, so I did pretty good. It was the base VL model with A/C as the absolute only option. It was by far a good purchase. Besides blowing the clutch twice within 6 months of purchasing (2nd time was from improper installation by shop) it gave me no problems. All I did was change oil, replace tires, brakes, alternator, and battery. I traded it in Jan 2000 for my 2k Z24. It had 153k miles when I traded, but could've easily went to 200k. I just wish I could get the miles per dollar out of another car that I did out of that one........
