this meeting rocked....we got a lot done...trophy selection and voting for the extras that make a show rock.
I would like to appologize for not keeping up the past couple of months....i have had a lot going on but i'm back on track and better than ever.
this month's meeting was pushed back a week due to E-Dawg and Laine's wedding. (CONGRATS GUYS)
next month's meeting will be at the bowling alley.
if you were at the meeting....just remember....shhh!

Great news guys and gals, it's official we are having a car show!!!! The vote for the show passed with an overwhelming majority. The big details were hammered out and the smaller details will be handled at committee meetings. the first meeting will be held within 2 weeks and updates will be posted on the message board.
On a side note several of us went to the St. Louis Auto Show before the meeting. We had a good time and we hit up Harry's before the meeting was supposed to start, the place is nice and the food is very decently priced. the area isn't as bad as i heard it might be, and the people around seem to be rather laxed about parking. All in all it was decent and might make a great place for a summer meeting with their out door setup. However like any place there was one draw back though, they didn't want to split the bill by table or person. We may have to talk to the owner to go there again

Ok so as you can see this month new years day falls on the 1st saturday of the month. So no meeting this month. I hope every one had a great and a safe holliday, see you in in February

Hey all,
This month's meeting was great. We got a lot of bussiness done, including deciding upon a new co-president, keeping the 50/50 and what we are going to do for february.
First i would like to congratulate Jnight on his election to co-president. I would also like to take the time to congratulate Alyssa Dobner-Klocke for being elected the Offical Gateway Cutie.
As far as main bussiness goes we decided to have a change of venue for the February meeting and we are meeting at Harry's Bar & Grill. More information is posted on the messege board. We also voted to keep the 50/50 drawing.
Congratulations Scott on winning the 50/50 and even moreso for donating your winnings to the Klockes for helping Alyssa.

Sorry its been so long for the update but with the Bash and everything that has gone on lately we have needed to regroup and now we shouldn't have any more gaps in the meeting notes.

Bash registrations were taken this month. There was a LONG, NEEDED speech/lecture from the GREAT ONE, a.k.a. Mike D. I dont think I need to go into that. The room now costs $50 to rent. Welcome new member, Stephanie White. Next month there is no meeting due to the bash and meetings will resume in September. Scott Kurtz won the 50/50. See you at the bash!!!
