heavy duty cleaning...
Tuesday, June 17, 2008 9:25 PM
About a week ago, i went on a little bit of a vacation to teh dads house and left my car behind, and while i was gone it got balled... By the time i got back, it was dried on and tacky, and REALLY doesnt want to come off... IVe been told to use brake cleaner to get it off, but was wondering if theres any other suggestions you fine folks may have??

Greatly appreciated.

Get yourself a can of aerosole foaming glass cleaner, a can of WD-40, and one of those cleaning cloths / sponges designed to take bugs off your windsheild..

Spray the wd40 on the painf (from the paintballs).... you might have to let it set for a minute.... then take the "bug sponge" and work the wd40 into the paintball paint.... it should start coming off..... then repeat as neccesary.... the wd40 wont hurt your automotive paint as long as you arnt scratching it..... thean when the painball paint is off.... take the aerosol glass cleaner and spray a coat over the wd40 on the car and clean the wd40 and residual paint as neccesary using either paper towels or a cleaning clith of your choice.... then wash and wax your car as you see fit.
