in the indianapolis area the are advertising cav's for 8500. so that should be a starting point, they arnt going to advertise them at a loss to the store. so u can talk them down from there.

heres what i did when i bought our sunfire, or really any car. i looked up all the dealers in the area that had the car i want. then i went to each dealer and got the supposed lowest price, then i'd take that price to another dealer and tell them this is the price they had to beat. i'd let them know who they are competiing against, and i'd show them any written info i had. and told them to beat it, wich they generally would. then i'd take that to the next dealer, i started with 5 dealers, then it was 3 then down two two dealers. then i went back between them a couple times to get their lowest price, even getting them to give me more for my trade in, until both stores basically told me they cant sell it for any less. then i went with the lowest price.
