that would be a NO , that was the bonspeed sunfire with the guitar
BONSPEED + micheal anthony = van halen
the bonspeed sunfire was at the russo steele auction , and only got up around 30k this year
back from the dead. the Bonspeed Sunfire sold at the Barrett Jackson Auction this year for 26,400. Also included an autographed guitar.
they still said it was owned by Micheal Anthony.

I am pretty sure this was a SEMA build years back if I'm not mistaken, and most cars that are built for SEMA do not have Vin's as they are deemed to be "Concept Cars" so they can give them to builders
