yes...everything wil be received at check-in...if someone doesn't show, I'll have their address to ship their stuff to.
If you are dead set on getting some auto-xing in, maybe you could check with GM plant in Ontario. During the summer, they have a nice little course set up in the extra parking lot on the side of the plant(by Beer Road). I think they do this once a month. Since this is a "GM Tuner Bash" maybe you could talk them into letting you guys use that part of the parking lot or it might even fall on a weekend they had planned on anyways.
It might be worth checking into. The worst they can say is no..... I'm sure there is someone from the area on here who could get you a contact at that plant that would be the right person to talk to.

Maybe contact the leasing group for the old Kmart on Lex-Springmill? Is that place still vacant? They have a nice big parking lot. That's where I learned to drive a stick.
You might also be able to try Mid-Ohio. That big fenced in area before the bridge to the infield would work. It might be pricey, but this is an organized event, so I can't see why they would have a problem with it. There aren't any races that weekend but other clubs might be out there.

Spare parking lots at OSU Mansfield?....crap man....I don't know where else. Any big areas at Lahm Airport that could be used?
I can't really think of any other big parking lot type areas in Mansfield. I thought the GM parking lot would work for sure.....
