^ that's awesome!!

I've edited it, and made some minor corrections. It's now in the FAQ

Lo and behold... I was the one who compiled that short little bit about the cams, oh so long ago. And the one who made the "LG0" mistake too

number one our computer will really take to it. The lift will be to much for our stock housing. YOu can use these cams but it is not going to be plug and play. Plus the older cams for the intake don't have a lobe for the cam postion sensor nor do they have a hex drive our car run the power steering off the intake cam the Calais didn't. I have an intake cam here i want to swap in my car but i need to have the cam modified to work on my car.

yea typical JBO ignorance.

i'm going to go out on a limb here and mention that most of the members on this board are a bunch of kids who don't mind stealing info and calling it they're own.

btw ge_forcez22 is a member on quad4forums. IMHO he needs to be dealt with.

Yes the info above should have been stated where it came from. But i didn't see that list in the FAQ, but credit is still given. I don't think who ever made that list was complaining about the FAQ just the info posted above.

anyone have dyno results on the gains made with the secret cams compared to after market cams
Re: Secret Cam sticky.
Tuesday, February 21, 2006 11:06 PM
No, and you won't find them. Why? Because that would involve taking a stock car... dynoing it. Then installing the secret cams... dynoing that. Then replacing the secret cams with other aftermarket cams and dynoing those as well.

You won't find anyone here doing that.... because we're all cheap. We drive J-bodies for a reason!

What you may be able to find... is dyno charts for before and after cam installs... then compare the gains the secret cams offer versus the gains other aftermarket cams offer. And I suggest you look around JBO for that, not on the aftermarket cam website

well part of the cam swap is the 1995 intake cam, so all you could do is replace the exhaust cam, and i dont see why the exhaust cam used in this swap wouldnt work.
