my point is you didnt search enough......there are people here that have made the swap that you need to do, and its been posted about.
so pull your head outta your @$$ and use the org to its full potential and stop wanting people to give you all the answers.
I have not seen your pump assembly before, or even heard of it. I also have never heard of needing to do a swap. Can you get more pictures? Is there no way of making it work?

hahaha ill admit that i misread what you had typed.....if you are having issues, research yourself, and come up with a solution. the old style metal tanks can be swapped for the new style plastic ones. if your entire fuel pump/housing is different, then there are other issues that you need to figure out. It might not be something the org can help you with considering we cant see ur parts, and we dont know how they fit (or dont fit) compared to how they would in say my 2004 fuel tank and pump housing.
so i will admit my bad i read your statement about your issue wrong...but still probably no one here will be able to help you.
Wow totally different than even a metal tank assembly. Have you tried putting the racetronic in that setup?

doesnt snap in the bottom peice and pump is to big ill put pics up
and the cover does not fit inside
so i was thinkin to the top part put in a big o ring in so its snug and the bottom piece cut whats in the way
and the lil back hose it runs up more to the top other than to the pump should i cut it down to the pump and plug where its suppose to go or just plug the breather on the pump?
Wow, I have NEVER seen that style.....

The filter should hold the pump in the one part. Have you tried that?

What the Deuce!?!? That's funky...some similar looking parts but still looks way different. I'd say try to find a new assembly without the pump and such. Does your setup even have a canister that it goes into?

no i havnt i need to cut the bottom peice off a lil then try
but should i got a o ring for the top to fit it in snug or something else in mind?
chris- chill man, this place would benefit from stuff like this. and now if someone else comes in and has this same issue, maybe it could help them.
tyler- sucks your having trouble and i have been zero help, ive not even taken my stock stuff apart before so you're even one up on me.
