I was just woundering how much extra HP i would gain in my sunfire 2.4L,
if i were to replace my whole exhaust,
from the header all the way down to mufflers.
Also i am putting on HO intake manafold and does that increase your HP also.
thanx for the info!

Pacesetter 4-1 Header (for example)
Custom 2.25" Cat-back
Magnaflow 94035 Catalytic Converter
any glasspack of your choosing that's a 2.25" core
Nice muffler also with at least 2.25" core

Assuming you also have the HO Mani. and the 56mm TB in your profile, 7-10HP? That might be a bit high... but maybe not. The HO Mani and TB by themselves will make some additional HP. I see you don't have an actual intake in your profile. If that's true, look more for around 4-6HP from the exhaust, and the HO Mani and TB might push 2-3 more...

If you don't have an intake already, get one Intake only makes good power if the exhaust is freed up, and the exhaust only makes good power if the intake is freed up.

Just to answer you, I have an intake but i might have to change it into a cold air because of the HO mani and the new 56mm throttle body makes the space very small
and i did not put it in my profile because i am waiting for the summer to install.
