Actually the Excessive noise ticket from the exhaust system, can be beaten, he wasn't smoking from the tailpipe and it's legally not a ticket in NJ unless the car is smoking. Now it was cold, but also legally he has the right to make the officer wait to see the smoke stop coming.

Basically what he just said about the exhaust ticket. My dispute wasn't about the other tickets because I know I'm guilty of them but it's her manner she acted torwards me, it's how I was the ONLY person pulled over by any cop when there were 4 other cop cars watching us and what she said to me when there was no provoking...that's my complaint. I have no problem paying for what I am guilty for but it's just how it all happend.
