Yeah my brakes don't squeak. My drums are shot, in turn ruining what was left of the shoes. makes my car shake when braking. pb blaster aint gonna help budd. And i'm not gonna blow money on new drums n all waiting for the brackets..

Thats aluminum, it's the fixturing. That is clamped to the table and once the holes are drilled in the brackets they are bolted to that and then cut out from the rest of the stock. You do it that way so that when it almost finished cutting it out it doesnt fling all over the place and mess up the part AND more importantly so the cut that actually goes through the part is cutting some random piece of metal and NOT the machine table.
