Be careful with cable stops. They'll eventually loosen up and may even pull off.

I used thread lock and don't use the E-brake a lot, its temp until I get the new replacment clasps.

Thats for sure, the should be soldered on. or done with green loctite.

is it just me or is that sway bar upside down?

Cable stop to me looks like trouble waiting to happen, that will hold e brake tension?

The sway bar brackets are upside down yes.
