Well, the tech that did the dyno tried to take it up to 6400rpm, but when he tried, it cut off or something...he said it just didn't want to go that high? I dunno.
For the A/F reading, they just stuck a sensor up the tail pipe from what I seen. The tech was the one who sat in the car and did the dyno. The car did downshift on him once, but the other 3 times he just timed it right and ran it through the gears manually. He started each run around 3700-3800rpms.

I said I was running rich...I got that backwards...the higher the A/F reading, the leaner it is...I'm actually running pretty lean.

Hey I was wondering if your sure the tech was in third gear when he did the dyno run because I have a 99 olds alero with the same 2.4 motor and auto tranny and im almost positive that my car won't rev past 5600 rpms in thrid gear before it shifts into 4th right before the limiter at 107 only asking cause im going to get a dyno next week with my new set up and i didn't know if they do second gear dyno pulls?
I'm pretty sure he did the pulls in 3rd...I watched him shift from first to second and then into the 3rd and then he did the pull starting around 3800-3900rpm.
And I was under the impression that high 11's, low 12's was the ideal A/F ratio for a boosted car?

from reading you want 1100-1200 for boost. but since your not boosting much only 5 psi that might be ok? dunno.
