Sweet deal, Chris. I've got the same problem with the reverse light switch. It's a switch under the shifter assembly, but i'm too lazy to fix it.

Well Phil, hasn't nuked itself yet. Problems will arise with a fresh motor, leaks will appear, etc....
It takes some time to iron things out, so yes I've already had a few things pop up but nothing that a bit of patience and an ability to ignore burning your hands can't fix quickly.
To the rest, thanks for the support. It's going to take some time to get up to where I want to, for now it's all about making sure everything is running properly, and then moving up slowly. Baby steps.
