HO mani/AEM Eco CAI both powdercoated, new this year are the RK CF pieces and Optima with fused Streetwires terminal..........also as you can tell I have no A/C nor cruise.

Maybe it's the factory paint? Doesn't have the shine that everything else has, and it looks like it doesn't quite match the car.

I dunno. Looks pretty good, but I see what you mean about it not really having the "clean" effect to it.

Kinda what I've been going with too, only thing we didn't shoot was the bay and that was mainly because of the hassle, and the fact that I had planned on pulling the engine this season. Well that got veto'd and here I am with the bay looking the same. In person no one has ever noticed, the Toyota color I have isn't too far off of the Opal blue from the factory, the main killer is how GM just bases their engine bays and the flash really highlights and exaggerates the metallic in the paint versus the stock dingy painted bay.

a chrome valve cover would look clean and the transmission area is always clustered up with wires in j-bodies.

With all the boosted J's, I figured I'd throw up a few of mine:

Best have to be Skillz, Sweetness and Boosted's engines.

raised from the dead.ok so i installed my new m62 air to air fmic kit and i would def say it is much cleaner then my post last year. i got the m62 (of course polished) deleted abs module, cleaned off most of the stickers left two. and i am relocating the cruise control, and i just have to get my intake pipe in the mail to finish that.and i also have a aluminum coolant res on the way.and i painted the fuse and washer back to a stock black color.so this pic isnt final i have some things to clean up but it is just an update. so here was m45 before

and cleaned up after

here is mine, but it is being changed slowly but surely the wire tuck was done last night, my new intake manifold is being built, and all the polished pieces are being pc chrome

Some 2.2 love here.

Pic is a few months old. Has received a slight tuck and a proper intake since this photo.

I gotta move that battery and fix that bar still. Drives me nuts. I'd say it's super clean for a OHV DD.

Aside from my headers needing recoated and a couple small things, I don't think it's too bad
