CF Tec is a great place to deal with, as I have had some interior pieces done in cf, and have some pieces there right now being wrapped in cf. The only thing is if you want pieces such as interior pieces done you will have to ship them as they are located in Hamilton Ontario Canada which could get pricey
hurry up and get the car back together

dont slam your new hood for one! just close it and press it till it catches the latch. i couldent tell you what to do on the hood gaps..
If it's the hood closing issue use the rubber grommets under the hood to adjust the height needed. You do not want to SLAM it for sure. If you are talking about the sides of the hood then you could try to move your fenders in to assist in fixing that gap.
