Just picked these up the other day. Manifold, downpipe and v-band adapter all ceramic coated in Techline's TurboX

Thanks again to Fetter for making the parts

Looks LEGIT! Love it. Also looks great and great planning on their part, for not doing the flex pipe.

Sorry, no major updates. I decided to do a 00-02 Cav headlight swap instead of cutting up my 99 front bumper. I have a 00-02 headlight harness and fog lights so far. I need to get to male headlight connector from a 95-99 Cav so I can have a harness adapter made.

I did find a local machine shop that can help me with my Wilwood upgrade, so that should be done soon

I think I am right about at 5 years too. Part of my problem is I keep changing my mind on a direction ( then sell off parts and buy new ones ). Lately I have been a little more focused on finishing stuff I started before moving on to the next.

I have some free time at the end of this month, so hopefully I can get the stock motor and trans out then

Definitely some welding is in order. ( the intake manifold, Getrag trans mounts and intercooler mounts ). I still have to buy the plenum, end cap and throttle body plate for the intake. I plan on starting with the HO intake I have, then move to the custom one. I was PM'd about the brass piece in the picture. That is my check valve for the PCV system

That is the plan ever since you announced another bash. I am hoping to start working on it every weekend starting next month. I still need a few parts made and bought, but we will see how it progresses

The laundry list so far ( I am sure I am forgetting some stuff )

Finish assembling motor ( need copper gasket sealer and cam lube )
Few parts need powder coated
Swap out grey interior for 2002 Graphite ( still need a 00-05 dash frame )
Cut out I@!#$zu trans mounts and weld in Getrag ones ( need to find a welder )
install new motor, clutch and trans
make charge pipes
mount intercooler to bumper support
find RK IF front bumper
decide if I am keeping standard front Wilwood kit or make a bigger one

Well....finally started working on the Cav again.

First up is pulling out all the very cracked dash. Thanks to Andrew Samson for getting me a 00-05 dash frame so I could get started
