Time for a cage! LOL

the track attendant was saying i just need a bar cause it shouldnt go much quicker than an 11.49 and the look on his face was priceless when i said the full cage/rated for 8's was going to end up in cause im aiming for 1200+whp and 9 flats

today im ordering my NT05's, throwing in my baby 1.5psi springs so it will be in the 6.5-7psi range and next time i'll adust my rear stuts dampening wise and see if i can cut better than the 1.7 60ft and mae my way to the 120mph range

got nitto nt05's showing up thursday am so dropping the jeep off tomorrow night to get installed first thing. going from the stock 255/45/20 front and 285/40/20 rear to a 275/40/20 front and 315/35/20 rear so gonna have some decent meats on it. that should help the traction issue and help with ride as well cause the stock runflats are junk!!!!!!!!!!!!!! got the jeep running 6.5psi of boost now as well and just getting it dialed in hopefully before this friday and see what i can hit the 2nd time around

thanks for popping in

the ef brace is the drive shaft loop for safety reasons for vehicles running 11.50 & faster regardless of tires or people running 13.99 and quicker using slicks/radials. 11.7 in a 5100lbs suv is good however hoping to figure some things out/try a couple different ideas and with some good air hope to hit that mid 11 on the stock driveline this year.

winter time will be bringing an SFI certified flexplate/3600ish stall converter/built tranny and a fuel setup and go for 700whp on the stock engine and see what kinda havoc i can cause

yeah, drive shaft loop just in case @!#$ goes south, rather have that and have everything be ok than have to think @!#$, shouldve had the loop installed

How has nobody responded yet? This is the sickest thread in the "other car" forum, possibly the sickest thread on JBO currently- IMO of course. That is one bad ass Jeep buddy! Look forward to seeing more.

just saying it looks weakly mounted. looks.

I choose the technology built for land speed records... not the technology built to save on emissions and gas mileage.
