Thanks for the tip Brian. I doubt the civic ball joint will be compatible with the s10 spindle, so was already planning on modding the arm for s10 ball joints (or something similar)
Won myself some Lotus Bilstein shocks. Working out spring rates now.

A few pages back there was info posted on a clutch disk that will work with a World Class.
Jamie Smith used a Cav clutch with a non world class T5 in his Nova.
Google search for the bell housing, that's how I found mine for 50% off.

and yea thats awesome on the disc. ill just have to find a 4cyl s10 t5 then. they have the low ass first gear that would make an LD9 scream for mercy. i was using a clutchmasters stage 4 4 puck in the cav, that thing grabbed MAD. i absolutely loved it. thrilled i can continute to use it...

Just took a look, a '79 for $1500...... Looks pretty clean.
I'm pretty set on the body I have (exp since I doubt I could find a buyer to make it worth while).....

Ok. Borrowed a welder from my uncle, angle grinder from my brother, and had some time to work on the project.
I trimmed up the subframe, cutting out the bump stop and spring pockets, as well as the upper control arm mounts.
Also welded a skid plate to the bottom of the subframe boxing it in.
Then I took the angle grinder to the engine bay, making room for the radiator. Will pick up some angle iron to add support to the lower radiator support.
Slid the radiator in.
Who needs a metal brake when you have some 2x4's and a bench vise?
Bent up a upper radiator mount.
At least it's some progress. lol

Haven't made much progress since last update. Had a couple other projects I need to get out of the way first.
I did pick up some stock S10 spindles, rotor hubs, and calipers. They're not the '98+ Blazer ones I wanted, but they were free.
I have the 220k mile 2.4 on the engine stand, need to tear it down and replace the bearings and oil pump. THEN I can pull my W41. lol
Still plugging away.
