Again, the only person who can say its worth it or not is you.

Hi guys,

Here's an example of parameters supported for a 2004 Cav. Don't forget the scanner also has full GM PID (manufacturer specifc) support and also PCM Controls supported for these cars.

Cheers,

Chris...

Any chance this will work for the 02-05 N-body? Same engine and transmission.

^ Yes it will, might have to email them your VIN number first, but they will support it.

They make it pretty easy. Each item has a description at the bottom of the window, and there are "user levels". You can select levels of things between beginner and expert, that allows you to see more and more detail.

Nice... but impossible. The "best possible" tune changes with even just the weather in your area.

97 z24 with HO cams <--- Can i benifit at all with this software ? does it resemble the Chip for the w41 cams ?
Re: HP Tuners Software update

HO cams...so you took the cam towers off of the 2.3 engine, because the HO cams have too much lift for the 2.4 cam towers....you must have the secret cams.

Re: HP Tuners Software update

yea i know i have the Lo 2.3l cam and the HO 2.3l with the tower.. but there is really no use for them untill high rpm's .. thats why im trying to figure out if i can benifit of this Software if not i just plan to go with OBD1 with w41 cams and mantapart chip.

everybody needs to read thru these posts. all these ques have been answered several times. this is so damn repetitive its rediculous. read the faq about it. but in short, yes it will benefit if u want to run ho cams. but u will need to know what parameters to edit. u just cant expect to plug it in and be done. if u tune it wrong u can blow up the motor.
