Scion is the New honda civic. lol as far as modding goes. There are tons of site for them. He can buy A full Turbo kit and make around 280hp on like 8 psi i think.

errr... wrong... they tweaked some parts of the engine. Some 2006 parts will not fit 2007's. What exactly, I'm not sure of off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure 2006 intake and headers will not fit 2007's.

quick 5 second search on Scionlife wrote:engine has longer runners on the header and a different size MAF. Engine has lighter oil weight requirement, and oil squirters in the cylinders(anyone verify?)

Scionlife is probably the best resource for the cars.

As for parts, I'd highly reccommend TRD Sparks and McGeorge Toyota.

If it is true, I stand corrected. To my understanding, I thought it was some trim changes only.

I know there were changes because the TRD SC does not fit the 2007's.

I didn't search real hard, but what I quoted earlier seems to be the often mentioned changes.

They had to do something to go from 160hp to 161hp.
