1998 Chevrolet Z24 Cavalier

About This Vehicle:

1998 Z24 Cavalier Red w/White Convertible top - 2.4l twin dohc. Restoration start 2021. Car is in really good condition besides the rag first restoration will be a new EZ On bright white vinyl top with plastic rear window. Next will be a buff and polish on the paint then any touch ups as I color matched paint rims and rubber on order I wont give much away except they are 5 spoke white brand and pictures will come when they are mounter. After that a full parts list of suspension steering brakes bushings will be all replaced. The engine bay pics will come soon but it is so clean and purrs like a kitten that not much to be done but oil change plugs and filters maybe belts and tensioner. I wont be customizing the car too much being Halo Headlights and LED rears Im very iffy on an after market body kit Im open to suggestions in them stages but I am quite happy with the z24 trim. Tint for the rear windows and small sound system will be the only real bells and whistles. Once Ive had the girl a while and I decide if its a lifer Ive been pondering some future ideas and would love to hear some feed back.

Future:
  • Possible Future Upgrades 1. Cali conversion and deplete the rag top completely as it will be my summer car only I dont live in Cali just using it as reference lol 2. I own a 09 Impreza that is going to an LS conversion why I actually bought the z24 as I needed a daily while I put a new engine in the subbie I blew the Boxxer sky high lmfao once the LS swap goes in the subbie it will be getting a full driveline upgrade to the STI Shocks A-Arms Axels Transmission etc... This means the stock Impreza stuff I have currently will be sitting around... AWD Cavalier? I would be using something like a 4.3L for the swap in that if so also pondered with the third and final idea 3. I know of a couple wrecked teslas in my area they were side swiped or rear ended and I can get them fairly cheap.... First ever Electric Cavalier? REALLY dont wanna touch the cavalier for a while I think these are fairly low numbers cars and they will only get lower as time goes on. These upgrade will only come in the future once the restoration is complete and if I decided to keep it for the rest of its life in the condition or if I wanted to make it even more rare though I know it would wreck the original value at that point it would be more about being my 1 of 1 type thing.
