OFFICIAL GM TUNER BASH DATES August 5th - 8th 2010

WHILE SHOWING UP IS NOT REQUIRED THURSDAY THE 5TH IT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED

The hotel was chosen because of the staffs eagerness to accommodate our needs, size, and budget.

Brenda Goodnight/Heather Grotz did an awesome job and made it easy for me to choose this hotel

You can call and make room reservations under GM Tuner Bash

Room Rates are $99 a night for King or Queen Double Deluxe Rooms

With that we are also getting our own outdoor tent, the entire upper parking lot cordoned off for ourselves, our own banquet hall and an entrance right to our rooms and other restrooms..

Some other info on the hotel. It has an indoor and outdoor pool, Spa, Sauna and Fitness Room



Friday August 6th 2010

Dyno and Show will be held at RDP Motorsports

They showed a lot of eagerness as well. We spent almost an hr on the phone talking about everything.

When: 12 pm Friday
Cost(dyno): $55 for 3 Runs w/ Sniffer and readouts printed

Show will also start @ 12 but judging will be LATE Afternoon to give some folks time to finish cleaning, Judging will be based on the first ready and so on, that way we don't call up someone who JUST got there.

Also a STRONG possibility is a burnout contest, RDP has a burnout pad in the back and encouraged us to have safe fun



Saturday August 7th 2010

We will be racing at Thompson Raceway

When: August 7th 2010 10am till 5pm

Cost: Spectators are $12 and Racing is $20

We will be called to the staging lanes as a group so we can all race together


DINNER

Where: Quaker Steak and Lube

When: August 7th 2010 630 pm

Cost: $11.99 per person for the Wing Buffet plus tip and drinks

They are also roping off the front of the building for use so we can show off our cars.



Sunday August 8th will be checkout and goodbyes.



This is the schedule we will be running. Pre-Registration information will be released closer to the Bash.

Well since it is all about 10 minutes from my house I'll be there. lol

fyi anyone who calls to palce reservations. I called this morning and the lady couldnt find anything under GM Tuner Bash, so be sure to know the info like date, rate, and ur room type if they dont have it figured out when u place urs.

we told them that just so you couldn't get a room stephen.
