a So-Cal & Nor-Cal meet?? it would be nice to unite all J's in cali. that would be a cool meet. what do you guys think? we could start planning this out and mayb by summer we can have it. We just need to find a place where we can all meet up like in the middle of cali. i dont know whats there but im sure we can find something. mayb have like a 2day meet. stay at a motel (unless some1 can open their doors for us) cuz i know its ganna b a long ass drive for some of us. and i know no 1 wants to drive back the same day on a 4+ hour drive.

I like it, except I need to do my water pump before I can bring my J anywhere, and the weather has been too sucky for any of us california people to have a meet, much less me work on my car.
another suggestion for something to plan...
Highway 1 south of monterey has some AWESOME windy coast roads for 60-70 miles, awesome coast views, etc etc.
I did this with a fiero club a while back, we stayed in some nowhere place at the south end (san simeon) and drove to monterey for lunch and went back in the afternoon.
I wouldn't steal the idea from my other club except it's a public road that's an awesome drive

the meet wont take place anytime soon. we still need to pick out a good spot 2 meet up and hope that gas prices go down. (hahaha yeah right) i average about 320-350m a tank so ill prob take about 2-3 tanks for the round trip. i spend about $35 (91 oct) a tank so that would be about 35x3=105. lets just say about $120 for gas + food + extra money just incase= about $200 in total. if people are interested this should give us enough time to save up (put it this way if you save $15 a week you would have enough money in 2 months for the trip) and plan everything out good.

i know i was just using the most expensive gas as a example. but i think we wont spend more than 200 and some of us live closer 2 fresno than others so that means some will spend more than others.

Working 6 days a week, too much @!#$ in the garage to pull the car in, and I'm not gonna work on it in the driveway in the rain. Once the rain quits, it'll take me a few weeks probably at the rate I can work on it.

I used to live really close to fresno, and yesthere isnt much there.

cool. yeah i didnt think there was nothing in fresno but we need 2 pick a place in the that would be fair for every1. first we need to find where ppl are going 2 be coming from and then we could find a place in between that. we could pick this place by taking the person coming from the farthest south & farthest north and find a place in between those 2 but in order 2 do this i need 2 know where every1 is coming from. so if you would be so kind and post the nearest big city near you that would be cool. thanks guys
