Not really lookin forward to doin throttle bodies to tell the truth, i want to do them but havent gotten to that yet. I was thinkin more of when i have a finial release of my intake manifold of having one available with a flange for a larger throttle body.

Nice job Brian!!!!! Now I can pick up mine from Chris

I might hit you up for a couple 'thermal barrier' spacers...... I have a few projects that could use them.

anyways, good work!

Brian im going to shoot you an e-mail shortly about an intake manifold design i have... very simple, very effiecient. I designed it with all-motor apps in mind but it should work great with boost with a certian TB upgrade. Only issues would be to get the TPS to read right... other than that, the sky is the limit.

Any pics of the phenolic spacer/adapters? I'd be interested if you include the hardware, but I wanna see a pic of the phenolic version badly!
Okay diggin this up from the grave but at least it proves I did search!

Anyways I was wondering what the advantage/disadvantage of having the aluminum or phenoic versions?

Also, Do these include the needed studs and/or can someone tell me exactly what size is needed?
b-lo- did u grab the ones u have over with my brother? If not i will grab them on thanksgiving and bring them over when we stop over sometime friday. Been trying to call with no luck.

how much does mantapart want for something like this? i seen something about a flange with like 2 inchs of stuff welded to it. I havent looked much into it.

and include hardware with the flanges too, nuts and bolts arnt that expensive.
Well I ordered mine on the 7th or 8th of november. Still waiting to get it. He told me it would be shipped out in a few days and he would send tracking info, the 18th or so came by with no tracking info, asked him what was up, said he was busy b/c he was in a wedding, and said it would be shipped out on monday the 22nd, waited till then, asked again if it was in the mail, said the parts are made, but the UPS stores were closed till monday the 29th, ok so now its the 1st and i havent heard anything from him after two emails in the past day or so.

So whats up, whers my parts.
The wait isnt bothering me since its getting colder out and what not, its just you seem to give me a different reason why the part didnt ship. If you would have said from the get go that the part would have taken a month to be shipped i would have said ok, thats fine. but this run around crap isnt helpful.
What do you mean will this work with the EGR? Are you asking if it will clear now with the 1/2inch flange?
