well i called you twice, and emailed you a few times in the last week and you havent got back to me. Im really starting to get upset. First it takes about a month or longer to get the flange, then i find out you did the flange wrong and port matched the flange in the wrong direction. so i email you and you tell me you will send me a new one, i ask when you will send it and never get an answer back. are you ever going to call me back or are you avoiding me? Theres another person i know that ordered a flange, and hes getting upset to b/c its been three weeks for him. so whats the deal?
Man, I wish someone who offered some unique products for our cars like Exploited does, could run a business and offer SOME degree of reliable customer service. That would be good. Someone should look into that.
All i have to say is different thermal expansions (aka 6061 aluminum). I think it is a very good idea, but a different material would prove for better longevity.

ok what the hell did I just miss How in the hell did this guy get back on peoples good side. People were sueing this guy. look I have no problem with you Brian but the Jbo has helped me in so many ways and for what it's it worth I think that I should bring attetion to some of the previous remarks. you said that you were getting out of the jbo market and that you hated it. Also I bring to attetion the 8 page post about your pissed off customers. I apologise if this hurts your business but you had it comeing! so once more I issue this waring to the jbo wacth your ass and do some research.
well I was debating weather to do this or not but I realized that if it were me about to drop a couple hundred bucks I would want some smuck out in PA to give me this sorry man (exploited) but it's the right thing to do.

I might as well step in too. Sorry Brian.

I've been waiting since april 4th for my stuff. I got ignored for a while. I haven't gotten my money back. Yes I asked for it. Brian offered to send me the flange on friday. But I've been told that before, so now I just want my money back.

That's my personal experience.

I just realized how old this thread is. holy moly.

I'm out of this one. I have a feeling history will repeat itself here.
