contact rksport, i know some j's could be had without air conditioning so they may have the info you need to figure out the belt size...

if not, you should be able to figure out the difference in size beteen the two pullies (stock and underdriven) and figure out what size belt you'd need. <br>

Is the stock pulley one wheel , or a wheel with some rubber and a another ring inside it?

it's a harmonic damper... the second description is the better of the two... <br>

How is the harmonic damping performed? Through the weight of the thing, or that it is made of different parts, that together damp the harmonic waves?

i have yet to hear of any cavaliers 2.3, 2.4, 2.2 ohv, or ecotec with any crank bearing wear problems from a lightened pulley. <br>
