Speaking of that I'm not a huge fan of the placement of that O-ring. But I'm sure it will work just fine. Any chance we can get the size, diameter and durometer of that seal when we order the parts to make sure we can replace if needed?

It is. all 91.5 and newer Quads where single, the chain\gears are still diffrent.
I was thinking on going to duel though, its a roller chain....less parisidic loss and what not.

As far as not having a 2.3 to test, the clearence is the same as a 2.4, but the chain is diffrent, gears are diffrent, and cover is alittle diffrent....
I have extras laying around...

that does look like a VERY tight fit....i got a tool just to get in the tight spot. I was hoping a clear see through cover in that area. Overall good job and great execution.

i am sure a plexi window could be made... problem is we do not know if it would look all nasty covered with oil or not.
