Alright so whats goin on?

I havent been to a meet in a while, but it seems to me like its been a while since weve done anything. Maybe instead of a house we could go... somewhere...? No idea what or where though.
I'd offer up my house, my parents shouldnt have a problem with that, but we'd be outside the whole time and I dont know that there's a whole lot to do up here. I live up by Lurch, maybe he's got some ideas.
Anyways... I jsut started this cuz there was all kinds of stuff kinda floating around in last months post, so figured we might as well keep it seperate and fresh.

i know theres a really nice park a couple miles from our house with some really nice pic areas...
but it doesn't really matter to me what park we go to if thats what we decide doing...

their is a park on my aunts lake in newbrighton...it's on long lake...it was a nice park but their would be lost of kids.....their is also a beach their.......

Is there a parkign lot arouynd the lake thats free? All I know of is parking-metered parking lots... only the road-side is free, but that works too i suppose.

I don't think we should go to calhoun or anything like that, parking is too hard for 15 cars. I think we should keep it to the burbs where parking wouldn't be a problem. We went to the park in eden Prairie once where the MNSC meets are, it was nice also.

yea i live like one block from lake harriet across from a park lol...... and very close to calhoun...thats a bad idea...no parking...pluss parking costs money.....we need a park we can rent out.....not one where their will be a million other people...so i say everyone think of a park near them...check it out and will pick a place in between everyone.

i would like to go but no money. i traveled thru the twin cities wesday, when to go check out MSU mankato. i was thinking that only if i had a internet connection at my cottage in canada. and fodder when did you get a carbon fiber hood??

The National SportsCenter is up here by me.
Right off 35-W, super easy to find.
Plenty of parking space. And obviosuly feilds for anythign really that we'd wanna do.
I can call there sometime this next week to see if its fine that we do, but I dont think it should be a problem.

but blaine is far for most everyone else....id say somewhere more in between and not as well known we want the place to our sleves no screaming kids.......

And in all honesty, you never make it to any meets anyways...
And plenty of people were able to venture up here to make it to Lurch's house that time he had a meet at his place, NSC is about 20 minutes closer to everyone.
Only about 20 minutes north of MPLS on I-35W.

Take I-35W north to Exit 32. Turn right (Westbound) to go over the bridge. Follow the road and your there in like 4 minutes.
