Damn you guys post a lot on the weekends. I'll have my camera too. And this time I'll post the pics. I think I still have about 1,200 pictures remaining on this memory stick . BTW Goce what day did you try to go to E-town. If it was a Wed. I can understand why they didn't let you in but on a Sat or Sun that's bull@!#$ because I know 17 year olds are aloud to race on weekends. Hell there is a lane specifically for them that is how I know. If you want to run at e-town DJ I say just come with me and if you have problems I'll get you in but I know they don't even look at your license on Saturday. All you have to have is a license number. On sunday's you can race as young as 8 years old I think . Next time I'm at englishtown is May 28. I'll be leaving around 3:00 PM so you just le tme know if you want to come. And btw Alex awesome time slip.

Him an dthe mustang need to work on their reaction times lol. If my R/T's are over 0.100 I get ripped a new hole from everyone for being considered slow. Ofcourse after 8 years of racing I better have decent reaction times.

My other comment is to brake tq it up a bit more. That 2.388 60' time is a bit on the slow side. I had been hurting in the 60's as well until I understood the potential of the ECOTEC and got the OHV out of my head. With some practice you should be able to pull that into the 2.2's for your 60'.

I'm actually really interested in talking to you though Alex to see what it is that you did. Since I haven't ever had an automatic J to race I'm not sure where their advantages are or are not. But looking at your time it looks like your car really does make most of it's power up top. (which is good means you can launch harder ). What ever help you need just feel free to hollar also I'm sure what ever questions you have somebody here can answer.

^^^ well, tell him about Rich's 13.8 and then tell him there's a Beetle that'll run whatever he has whenever he wants if he wants to be talkin @!#$ about people's cars.... What does he have anyway? I hope he isn't one of those fags that likes to talk about others when he doesn't have anything of his own.

Alright who's with me for atco this thursday?

I'm really shocked Goce. Well if you ever want to go again just let me know adn I'll get you in.

Jay the kid has an Eclipse RS or something like that. The car stock runs mid 16's. It's pretty sad how he says that no cavalier could ever keep up with him.

Mandy it looks like you'll be holding a faster ET than me really soon. Looks like I'm going to be perminantly mounting some subs in the trunk. The extra weight will surely slow me down. Oh well I like sound and I like speed, it will just have to be incentive for me to go boost.

Yupp correct Festa, and TWICE ive lined up with him to race him and to get it over with.

The first time he didnt want to race was an excuse because of "a broken exhaust vavle" but if it was fixed he said hed smoke me...

The second time he didnt want to race because of "a blown third cylinder" and yet again ."if it was fixed ide smoke you, its just a gay ass ugly cavalier".

haha , im waiting for the day his 96 stock eclipse GS 5 speed will "blow me away" .

Re: Jersey J Meet In May 2005
Monday, May 09, 2005 11:52 AM
your car is not only faster, but its also more reliable

tell him to shove that up his mitsubishi ass

Re: Jersey J Meet In May 2005
Monday, May 09, 2005 11:52 AM
and people say that japcrap is reliable. PHAA. I've seen street wars and the jap cars all break down. Hell i see more broken down jap cars then I do american cars. The only downside to an american car is that the engine outlives the body.

But maybe he should look up some basic information. It's not like he has some super eclipse. It's a base model car for the most part. The GS has the same HP (140) and less tq (133) than you do plus his car weighs more. And a stock 96 Eclipse GS when new ran 16.6 in the 1/4 so how can he "smoke" you when here we are seeing the automatic cavaliers running high 15's and the manual cavaliers running mid 15's. Or Rich's running 13's and 14's. I'm sorry but his day is done. I've done alot of research and as of 2005 if you look at every 4 cyl non boosted car the cavalier comes in second to the RSX as far as 1/4 mile performance goes.

Say what he wants but when it comes down to it I'm sorry but he'll lose against any one of us. Hell put PJ against him, that would be a major upset to him losing against an OHV car .

oh and one other thing i thought i would add, the only reason i have the rear done without anything else (font, sides) is because someone hit me so when i got it fixed, since i was planning on doing the ls sport rear anyway i just had them put that on instead of base model bumper.

k thaats all. ill stop posting now
