Wow Mikey, that isn't bad at all! Awesome for a DIY polish job. Did you use any clearcoat? If not, you'll probably want to as aluminum has a tendency to oxidize with the salty air here in jersey so if you want it to stay looking that good, its a good investment.

thanx for your comments goce and jay. i used this stuff called blue magic polish. it said on the label it coats the aluminum with a silicon coating which seals the metal, im not sure of long it lasts. i also sanded it down with sandpaper to smooth it out and because the whole engine was covered with dark spots from oxidation

Hmmmmmm..... i left rich a voicemail today from the track, i haven't heard from him all week but i believe he plans on being there, and as far as parts go, i think all he has left is the nitrous express kit, but i'm not sure if he's selling it or holding onto it for now. He sold his exhaust to mandy, i'm pretty sure the intake is getting reused, oh i know, he might be selling his header but i'm not sure. We'll see if he pops on to check this thread from work tomorrow, and if he doesn't i'll make sure he checks it when i see him that night.
Oh yeah: 14.42 @ 94.36 bitches!! 2.147 60', if i had combined by best 2.142 60' from the first run of the night with my 1-2 shift from the last run, it would have been a 14.37, but i guess i'll strip some weight, redo the intake system, and try icing the intake manifold next week and see if i can't hit a 14.2X....buahahahahaha i love my car

As far as spare car parts go the only things I know I have are an ecotec header (which might be spoken for already) and a sealed box with 2 pioneer 12" woofers and a 760w Pioneer amp. I do have the NX kit laying around but I think I'm gonna hold on to that for the summer. If I can think of anything else I'll throw it in the car for the meet.
