They can only have it on the back part of the vehicle it depends on the state really. Lets face it guys and girls that cops will always have it out for certin people. My car exhaust is a lot quieter than most of the muscle cars running around town but who do you think is going to get the ticket? We just have to deal with it the same way our parents probably did when they were fixing up their cars back then.
Ya know, obviously the cop loaded you up with tickets, and maybe he was going a bit overboard and really searching for everything he possibly could, BUT.... If you live in PA its YOUR responsibility to be aware of your state's laws as they apply to vehicle modification. No sidemarkers is illegal, and CAN be a safety hazard... LED washer nozzles? Well I'll just say i'm with the others on that one. And you know what, just judging from your post I'd be willing to be you were probably giving the cop a pretty bad attitude and that didn't help you any.
In short, next time check the laws before you go modding, and suck up to the cop a little. When it comes to a choice between pride, and getting to keep more money in your pocket, i choose sucking up to the cop in an attempt for fewer tickets. Sorry dude, but you got yourself in this mess, don't blame the fuzz.

ok guys thnx for all your coments that are bs and all, but my car is def. far from RICE, but anyways, my bumpers are oh about 3.5" off the ground and my windshield banner is way above the as1 line so its tech. legal according to some but this cop said no and also i couldn't have it on the bottom of the d=windshield or the back window!!!
fallen angel has seen my car and i'd say she doesn't think its rice and as go for the side makers i was well aware of that and was on my way to look for some at autozone!
and no i do not shop at pep boys or any bs store like that, i dont like rice SH*T

im sure window tint is as much illegal on trucks as it is on cars. you just dont hear much about tints on trucks because this is a car site. and 99.9% of us drive cars.

pa is $100. i got pulled over about a month ago for it.
atleast yall get tickets...
here in maryland, we get repair orders.... where we have to have it removed if it's too dark, then go have it signed off by a state trooper... which is what i did this morning, i had 20% tint put on my car, but when i was pulled over it registered on the thing as 13%.... i now have no tint, but it'll be back within a week, right back at 20%, gotta love having a tint place that gives you a warrenty for such cases.....

I dont see how u guys get pulled over in hanover, im up there on weekends and some week nights if im extremely bored and as long as u only act up after perkins and before cindy rowe u should have no problems....but anyone that drives on the strip is not goiing to be liked by the cops...
