Well def. not downtown, highways just aren't open enough! I'd personally say Monroeville, South Hills, Something along those lines.
I nominate South Hills and here's my top 4 reasons.
--4. Its got open, un-clusterf*%ked roads!
--3. It's not Downtown, No horde of homeless, crazys, etc.
--2. There's usually a @!#$load of people out.
and #1 reason. . . . . .

The only problem with the one in the South Side is parking. Strip District has some spots that can be posted up on... If not there are places out in Robinson including a Primanti's. Just as long as it's not at a Sheetz either.
