Lower your car down on them and watch the gap disappear. Did you happen to put a stock spring beside one out of the prokit box? I bet they aren't the same size. Once you lower the car down the strut and spring combo will become one. Unless you plan on doing some off roading or jumping car i dont think you'll have to worry. This is a pretty common issue when lowering most cars.

thanks for the help guys, i drove the car yesterday and it was night and day to were it was, now i just hope that these struts dont wear out as fast, thank you so much for taking out the time guys.

Those struts will not wear out anytime soon . . . Well unless you take them rally racing or something.
i hope so, my only issue is that i hear some noises up front now like the spring is moving around sometimes
