I was out of town for 4 days. I put that on my email because of business stuff. Aparently it went to all the JBO members who posted in posts where I had posted.

So what does adjusting the strut body do?
allows for increased strut travel at lower drops for one thing.

but won't it also compress the gas(if there gas charged) when you shrink it, and de-compress the gas when you make it longer?

makes no sense to me. I understand the height adjustment and valve adjustment. I just don't see how makin the strut body expandable provides any advantage.
Actually making the strut body adjustable keeps you from compressing the shocks when you adjust the coils.

How many people would be interested in this suspension? me!
Anyone know where I can find a tappered spring like that??? Doing that will allow me to use a regular strut mount instead of the modified one I am using with my Mantapart coils

81 emails, dozens (I lost track) of phone calls and all of the posts here... Wow!

I kicked up the burner on the Coil-Over project. We are making final adjustments to the damping range and I expect to have the next generation prototype back the first week of December. I will post a GP shortly after we test that set and confirm the changes.

Thx!

Jim
