PFFT secret cams?! pm me if you want a real upgrade.
just out of curiosity if i made m90 ld9 intakes for $600 would anybody want one? or is this motor just too fragile for the big mean m90
An M90 is fine. Intercool it and you'll have buyers. Make another thread dedicated to it if you're serious; this one's for the MP62 from the Cobalt/Redline.

Right...blame whoever or whatever you want...this thread has been dead several times already. Already filled with a myriad of crap, you already got people posting in here for a 'summary' anyway.
But I will say...nice work.

The dirty hood closes no problems....
The hood prop fits no problems (before it didnt)
Belt fits with NO issues (it did not before) It is being used with the M45 idler, however CAN run without it. (unknown belt length)
Its currently being run with the M45 belt length and fits excellent.
I cut up the manifold today during my freetime and welded the supercharger flange into its new location which i feel is 100000% better. The tubing for our intercooler core is here, im just waiting on the cooling fins then ill assemble that outside the unit, weld her into place and button up the outsides.

impressed. being able to use the m45 belt is freaking awesome. so did you guys buy a new belt from gm or something? those bad boys aint cheap. the belt wade was using was shorter for the 2.5" pulley on the m45 iirc.

Hmmm nope it was just the belt that was on there. How much shorter was his belt as this one barely fit with length wise, but wasnt impossible to put on or anything, a little bit longer belt shouldn't be much issue as the tensioner will just make up for it.
The belt that was on there was only about a half inch shorter than the belt that comes with the m45 kit. It was the perfect fit for the 2.5" pulley I had on the m45

And I have told you before that the stock belt is looser than would be ideal for a 2.5" pulley. Just because it works does not mean it is right. I personally won't cheap out on a serpentine belt, but hey it is your car do as you want to.

It is not loose on my car. In fact hard to get on it was.
I do not think you told me this before either.

wade's belt literally takes 3 people and a lot of cussing to put on.
