gotta seal and paint the headliner, then i'll be pulling the car into the shop and getting started on the body work. my plans are fabbing my own evil eye hood, spraying it gm color stryker blue, and dropping it on 17s. no body kits/wings or anything like that haha. here's a few pics for now

I have always wondered how hard it was to get one of those back in after it was hardened. I have always had to bend mine a bit to get it back in, and mine is stock.

3 coats of fiberglass resin, sanding smooth between every coat. 3 coats of primer and 1 coat of sealer. total pita, i'll never do it again!

If you thought the headliner was a pain, you better be paying a pro to do the color change/body work on your car.......

got some shots of the headliner with a real camera, not a great one but you can actually see the color now. I really love this color. looks awesome in the sun. I tried to fit the headliner in my car today and there's no way its going in without taking either one or both of the seats out ): I'll be starting the bodywork in like 2 weeks when I get back to the shop from vacation.

It's not a GM color or anything, its Starburst Blue Metallic from Dupont/Nason. Happy holidays everyone!!

Ahh ok. Reminds me a lot of Intense Blue Pearl which was a Dodge color.

I almost went with Stryker blue from the G8 family, but glad I went with this color it's really growing on me! I think it'll look nasty with some CF accents like mirrors

put the headliner in the fire tonight, but I'm having fitment issues where the a and b pillar panels meet the headliner.. anyone have any suggestions? i'd rather not hack into the headliner but I bet i'll need to. Any suggestions as to how I should go about doing that??
