Why the hell do you guys car what this guy has on his car?..If you think he's lying then post your opinion and move the hell on...Obviously he swares differently and i will vouch for him having a fast cavalier.. Last time we raced he spanked me by like 2 or 3 cars..
Dont be suprised if slips show up with the times because knowing him it is very possible

I"ll have the tuna, no crust. I think if you post the slips you will be golden, but if you don't, then no one's gonna believe you, you've had a couple days to scan them...and you post fast as @!#$, take some time and put up the slips.

Ok Ok kids now settle down I am from the omaha area and have been to Mid America Motorplex and my best time there is a 10.04 in the 1/8th mile, 2.4 twin-cam, mods are aem short ram, cat-back, and b&m short throw, and with a trunk full of stuff and full interior. I heard now remember "heard" about a 2.2 cav that ran 9.8 or somthing close but was also told that he had removed all of the interior save for the dash and drivers seat now if it will make anyone feel better and if he is willing I will race him just for fun. I don't want anyone to bash me but I have never lost to another cavy. Now keep in mind none of the other cavys had more mods then what I had. I know that if i found one with nitrous or turbo or supercharger I would definitly lose. Post time and place and i will meet you there. Oh and by the way its an 02 z24 cavy which I would like to know if those came with lsd. I pretty sure it does but I don't focus much on the tranny until somthing breaks.

Oh and by the way if you have put nos on your cavy don't use it unless your losing cause I want to know how they compare on all motor. Also one thing I left out is that my times are with 17" inch rims with 215/45 R17 tires.

One other thing I am now in between jobs and I know this forum is for racing at the track but since money is low would rather take this to the street.

WTF guys leave him alone. You all don't know a damn thing about cars. My friggin car came with LSD AND PG as a matter of pure and unconditional fact. Yea it's like a super LSD NOW.. I got so much traction all four wheels SPIN when I neutral drop from 9k. Bitches. OH and you wanna know what? My car came with my turbo on it too.. straight from the factory. The deal said it was some type of "type-r" cavy.. And pleez dun be jellez of muh elite 10 second car yo, cuz none of you can hang with daddy. Pleeeeeez.

There is a BIG difference between 9.5 and 9.8 in the 1/8th. Especially with a bolt-on cavy. I'd believe the 9.8 with his mods. My car ran a 9.7 with I/E/MM.

And I dont care if you two race!!! You could have the slowest reaction ever therefore making it look like he beat you by waaaaay more than he should. I want to see SLIPS damnit!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glittle: intake, exhaust, b & m, 9.53 @ 75.7mph (1/8th)

Me: A 76 mph trap is really high for a 9.5 1/8 in a j-body.

Quote:

Glittle: yeah, thats my fault i was lookin at the wrong slips, those are from a lumina. he almost tied with me. my 9.53 was 69.9 mph

Quote:

hey if you dont mind me recommding somthing, u guys should get the phantom grip, just as good as the quaife (limited slip) and only half the cost. you can see it in my vid's of my 60' times.

Quote:

Glittle: i have not got the pg yet, thats wut i heard from performance shops. i am goin to get the quaife limited slip

Quote:

suncavi: and you even have the open slip so you know you are not pulling anything lower that 2.0.

Quote:

Glittle: how the hell would you kno, y would i make it up, thats wut the quaife is for retard

Quote:

Suncavi? So you have the Quaife?

Quote:

Glittle: yes i do have the quaife, im not lying about wut i have done now and am gettin done

Lash there is no way that i am going to let someone else win. Plus i dont even know the guy so you tell me why would I let him win. If he beats me then he beats me. Wheather I win or lose I race for the fun of it.

So who won?
Re: track times, each step of new mods
Saturday, April 16, 2005 10:14 AM
Ok Im not saying that you didnt or couldnt run those times you said, in fact I think it is very much possible but, you need to quit stepping on your tail when shelling out mods for the reason you ran such great times. Me and Lash provided evidence of this and I have yet to hear a good reason why you said those things. Not that you dont have the mods or fixing to install them or what not your just not telling us why we should believe differently, or have proof thereof.
