Well afteralot of researchin and looking things over i've figured this out. it's not the CAS im thinkin its my plugs.
my 2.3l 4g63> all so ha i win
ryan just get new wires and plugs worth it in the long run
heres some pics of the car and a video. I found this insdie my valve cover when i pulled it to reseal it.
still got a stuttering problem but heres the engine running

Drove the car to my new job today finally. Drives good but i still got a sputter under hard throttle but its not to bad anymore since i used Heet. I filled up tonight after work with some Ultra 93 but didn't get a chance to test it cuz i noticed my pass. side rear tire was goin flat (one that got scrapped up from when i wrecked) so tomorrow i need to check that out. My trans is still leaking. im probably going to need to pull it. Also im still leaking oil from my @!#$in valve cover. also need to get the car in for alingment.

Well bad news for my talon. Someone broke the windows out of it and stole everything including my motor. But now I got a 98 pending loan tomorrow. yay me haha . ryan maybe it will be at sonic..... maybe haha. you have to figure out whats wrong with that neon...i mean talon haha.

it was parked in the woods lol. how did you know??? WAIT A MINUTE!!!!! lol jk. o and as far as insurance it wasnt even on my insurance since i didnt drive it that much and plus the motor was out of it up until 2 weeks ago
