Personally i think they're ugly. People probably want them because they can't but one here. I'd rather have a black C6 targa top.

wow....gran tourismo 1 had like all sorts of different versions....gt2 had a bunch too, i think there were a few models in gt3, but i havent played it in a bit...
yo i love the skyline i would take it over just about any car when u get in 1 you would understand.

which i beat 10 seconds later with my escudo.

i have you all beat for a car i want. i want a rusted out dodge omni. those cars rock.
I know why everyone wants a skyline. because one person said it was cool and then liked it, then his friend liked it. then another person liked it, and so on until alot of people thought it was cool, but when you really think about it, it's just like any other car, except since we dont have it here, everyone thinks it's "rare."
I dont want a skyline, i'd rather beat one.

i just got gt4 yesterday all i can say WOW!
Skylines are overrated, in stock form that is.
But since it's an import, people wet their pants over the thought of them.
I bet if you slapped a Honda badge on my car, all of a sudden it would be an import lover's wet dream. Doesn't matter on what the car looks like, it's all about the badge to them.
And you all know I'm right, and no matter how much you disagree or try to argue, you will still know i'm right.
Example: NSX is considered an exotic to them (290 HP $75k)
Corvette is always inferior in some way to them (400HP $45k)
Anybody see what's wrong with that picture?

though the NSX does cost a sh*tload of money its well worth the craftsmanship, and hell it runs low low 13s with a measly 290hp. The NSX-R have dipped into 12s there is a video floatin around I just have to find it anyway thats pretty damn good for a N/A 3.2 V6. Its pretty damn cool to see a 290hp car keep up and beat other cars that have almost double its HP.
If you guys ever watched the SCCA GT series back in 02'03' the supercharged Realtime NSX with an est. 400hp runs with and beats +600hp vettes, vipers, porsches and the TTV8 Audi' driven by Michael Galati whos main rival during that time was Peter Cunningham Owner and driver of the Realtime NSX. Those 2 kept battling for a while but eventually the Audi won.
Anyway nothing and I mean NOTHING can beat the Corvette bang for buck. I mean this damn 50K car beats and eats 200K excotics alive. Nothing can touch it in its price range. Its a damn good car!

Just because the car is overhyped and I do agree it is, it still doesn't make it any less of a great car.

thats becouse in japan the max hp for a production vehicle is 280 from the factory. thats why the sti,evo,skyline all have the same 280hp reading. but we all know that the cars are detuned from the factory to pass the 280hp regulation.
and whoever said they'd take a ls1 over a rb20det rb25dett or rb26dett is very uneducated on the rb engines or is just a moron.
