See the thing is, they don't burn the churches simply to burn them. If you think about it, those churches were built on land originally owned by those of Pagan religion, in which the christians came in, razed the toens, and held swords at the people's throats saying "You will renounce your Gods and worship ours and tithe our gods, or we will kill your family and then kill you."

To me, i think it's a fair cop.
